Your business is listed under our “AG” as “consultants” for, your firm in the European Business Register.  This listing enables your business to be recognized “inside European markets” permitting many business advantages of an “AG”.   We offer you the ability to enter European markets with the strength of a European Trading Corporation in Switzerland behind your firm for trade advantages.

We consult and refer your firm to take advantage of the tools to construct the basic needs for business transactions in banking, accounting and communications only available to a European Corporation.  We can assist you in avoiding costly delays in banking, accounting and communications with European clients.   This edge and jump-start can by yours for a small fee.  An extended package of consolation can provide assistance in many other areas of business, investment and finance.

WHY CONSULT WITH US?

To do business in Europe, your firm needs to be set up to do business in Europe.

A European Trading Company “AG” requires a cash capital set up of approximately $120,000.00 to establish and a domicile board of directors and resident director(s), as required by law.  The yearly cost of maintain a separate European Company can cost upwards of  $50,000.00 yearly plus a percentage of your profits.    Without this advantage, your products may not achieve acceptance to do business in European markets or will encounter slacking progress and sales.  In many instances, without the business protocol your firm may not be able to conduct business in European Markets.  

The requirements to set up an “AG” make it impossible for smaller businesses to enter the European market.   But it is necessary to maintain the privileges of business protocol as an “AG” to do business.    A business from the US cannot effectively conduct European business protocol from off shore.  It is frustrating and difficult to maintain a stable presence. In European markets, invoicing, receivables with US banking can be a nightmare.

  1.         INTERNATIONAL TRADE

A.            Trade shows and other business activities will consider you as an “insider” and in some cases save your firm thousands of dollars.

B.            The listing permits you to be listed in business directories, organizations and trade publications that you may not be able to be listed into as a “foreign” company.  Your firm can save money on many services and registrations, as you are not a “Foreign” Company.   In many cases you are charged up to 100% more that an “AG” .

               C.           Your products and firm can be positioned within European business sections.  This is most important for your profitability and sales success in Europe.

D.           Your listing under our “AG” can save you thousands of dollars a year on registration fees and other trade events with the European listing.

E.            Your Company is not an  “outsider” or considered a “foreign” vender.  In most countries, unless your product is “unique” and cannot be manufactured, copied, duplicated or supplied by another European Company, you may not be considered for sales.    If you are not a “Labeled” or Major branded product, entry into the European markets it may be extremely difficult.

WHAT WE DO AS YOUR CONSULTANTS

 

Your firm is registered under our business “AG” in European Register as “Consultants for”

 

A.    We provide the Business Register listing as Consultants for your firm.  Those interested in doing business with you can check the listing for verification of your European holding status. 

 

B.    We refer communications of a satellite phone line out of Europe for faxes, paging, direct phone connection.  This type of communication service I not available to a “foreigner”.  (Communication services are at the expensive of your firm.)

 

C.    We refer and consult for your banking relations for business transactions, which you are unable to do as a “foreigner” (Banking services is a cost to the client..)

 

D.    We refer to a Swiss accountant.

 

E.    We can provide a post office box- not included in consulting.

 

F.    We can provide  office space within our offices – not included in consulting.

 

G.   We can provide other services upon request.

WHAT ARE YOUR FIRM’S RESPONSIBILITIES?

 

A.    Payment of your quarterly consulting fees to be listed.

 

B.    Conduct all of your business activities with integrity, honesty and do not engage in criminality.  Remember you are a guest in our Country.

 

C.    Submit and pay your taxes on schedule.

 

D.    Pay all your bills, accounting, communications, banking and all other manufacturing, production, and all expenses incurred on time.

 

E.    Business profitability and  success.

 

TERMS AND CANCELATION

 

A.    You are bound to a one-year contract.  You may cancel your contract providing a 90-day notice after the year at the beginning of the quarter.  You are held to fees for payment of one full year.  This is due to the requirements and expenses of the Business Registration.

  

B.    Upon cancellation you are removed from the Business register and will be obligated to terminate all services extended under the holding company including and not limited to Banking, communications, listings, accounting and all other access, services, addresses, etc as provided to your firm under our business register.

 

C.    You will be required to submit your taxes and accounting for the quarter

HOW DO I QUALIFY AND APPLY TO BE LISTED UNDER THE “AGAND WHAT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE ACCEPTABLE.

 

We will accept consulting services to most services and product based businesses.  Some products, such as foods and cosmetics require governmental approvals in European Countries.  Your firm MUST be a licensed business and providing a product or service in the Country of your registration.  Give us a call so we can discuss our consulting services. 001.702.461.4662

 

A.    Submit a formal letter on your business stationary stating your intent to become our client and requesting the Board of Directors to review your application.  Enclose: (a) your current business license, (b) identification of business ownership, (c) incorporation documents, (d) P & L or other financial documents to verify financial responsibility including your current credit report (e) Business Plan (f) Criminal report from the Police Department on each owner or board member (g) a picture, information on your products or a sample of your product.(h) Any other information you feel is important.

B.    We can RUSH your qualification and entry into the listing as quickly as one (1) week so please include the date you wish to commence your consultation package.

 

C.    There is NO fee for submission of your application and your firm is under no obligation.    Once accepted a one-time non-refundable set-up fee of $1,500.00 for your business listing is required with a deposit for one quarter of services.     The deposit may be used for the last quarter consulting fees less any owing charges.

 

D.    Upon receipt of your deposit and set-up, we will immediately add you to our listing and make the necessary arrangements for communications and banking referrals as your consultants.

 

We are an International  Swiss Trading and Holding Corporation “AG”  You become our consultants upon the approval of our Board of Directors.     We extend to your firm the ability to conduct business in Europe as our registered clients.   This means your firm can represent yourself into the markets as being held by an ”AG” opening up the doors to trade and business.  Without this recognition, your business is not as acceptable in European Markets.

 Expanding into the European markets is easier when your firm can represent it and conduct transactions as an incorporated European Trading Company.  It is easier if you have European banking at your fingertips and worldwide satellite communications only offered to our clients.  Europe is a market hungry for innovative products but your products may not be accepted into European market unless your firm is registered for execution of business transactions.       

 Business is global.  If your products are not being offered into the global market your company is loosing a major portion of your realized profit potential and market share.  Becoming our client can offer you the edge you need to get into this viable market.

CONTRACT AND SCHEDULE OF FEES

AND

 

2.     YOUR FIRM hereby known as “COMPANY”

YOUR ADDRESS, PHONE, OWNER BUSINESS LICENSE.

  

WHEREAS:  LeNaté engages in business consultation for certain privately owned firms.   COMPANY is interested in a fee consultation arrangement with LeNaté.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONSULTING

 

1.       LeNaté becomes a consultant to COMPANY providing a listing naming COMPANY as a client in the public business register in Europe.   LeNaté Listing COMPANY may provide COMPANY with certain privileges only, available through LeNaté consultation.

 

2.       LeNaté provides Registered Business entry listing of COMPANY as consultants.

 

3.       LeNaté  can arrange  privileges of satellite communication  under specific carrier for COMPANY.

 

4.       LeNaté can arrange  privileges of unnumbered banking under specified bank for COMPANY.

 

5.     LeNaté can arrange privileges into  European trade activities.

 

6.     COMPANY enters a one- (1) year contract paying a scheduled quarterly fee on the first day of each financial quarter to LeNaté by COMPANY in exchange for the European business register entry. (A monthly fee can be arranged.) A non-refundable set-up fee of $1,500.00 and a deposit equal to the first quarter services is required.  The fee permits COMPANY to commence business in European markets under the business listing and with the privileges as set forth above.   The fee arrangement is contracted  by fiscal quarter from date of commencement of contract.  The contract  and consulting fee is based on the gross sales of the COMPANY, which is to be revised at the end of the fourth quarter annually.  The contract is renewed without notice annually by LeNaté.  COPMPANY provides a written notice to LeNaté 90 days prior to expiration to terminate this contract after the first year has expired.

  

7.     A non-refundable set-up charge of USD 1,500.00 is required for the entry of COMPANY listing into the European business register at time of acceptance. 

 

8.     A first quarter deposit is required at time of acceptance. (Monthly payments can be arranged.)   The deposit will be applied to the last quarter of service less any outstanding fees and closing charges on COMPANY’s account.  COMPANY will be advised on the closing fees or any other charges owing at time of notice to terminate consulting.   LeNaté retains the right to pro-rate services.

 

9.     Quarterly holding fees are paid in advance of services due the first day of each quarter.  (If a monthly arrangement is made, the fees are due the first day of each month).

 

CONSULTING SERVICES

 

LeNaté's purpose is to provide COMPANY with a business listing as LeNaté clients as consultants to  COMPANY to assist COMPANY for entry into European markets.

2.                

 

A.      Assume any responsibility or liabilities  for LeNaté including and not limited to:   financial, tax. legal, contracts,  accounting, tax, banking loans, bills or outstanding bills, products or product liabilities, administration, salaries, disputes, hiring or firing, leases, negotiate contracts, travel or travel arrangements or any other issue.

 

B.      Participate in or run any daily operations of LeNaté.

 

C.      Have ownership rights to LeNaté including stocks, bonds, assets,  products, patents or sit on the board of directors of LeNaté.

 

D.    COMPANY is forbidden to  represent themselves as        LeNaté or  their product lines.

 

TERMINATION

 

1.     COMPANY must provide a 90-day written notice to terminate this contract and consulting services after meeting the one (1) year contract.   COMPANY is responsible for full payment on the contract unless otherwise agreed in writing by LeNaté.   Upon termination COMPANY realizes that LeNaté will no longer extend consulting or privileges for COMPANY.  COMPANY listing will be removed from European Business register and all other banking, communications and trade privileges and consultation will STOP.  COMPANY will be required to stop any type of representation or referral as a consultant of LeNaté.

 

2.     ELGON has the right to serve a ninety-(90) day written notice upon COMPANY terminating consultant relations.   LeNaté can exercise a cancellation  if COMPANY fails to conduct itself in a business like manner outside of integrity standards  or fail to keep its financial responsibilities to both LeNaté and others.  LeNaté is also privileged to terminate COMPANY  without notice if an unsolvable dispute should arise. If the dispute should require litigation, such venue would be established in Switzerland.  Any legal disputes and resulting fees brought against LeNaté or by COMPANY are to be paid by COMPANY. 

 

3.     LeNaté is not responsible for COMPANY’s financial, ethical, professional, product, conduct  or personal  activities.  LeNaté is a consultant to COMPANY and does not act in any other capacity for the services, which COMPANY will pay a fee.
